Thinking to travel in the Philippines, and planning to stay in El Nido?
Congratulations!
You’re about to arrive one of the most beautiful destinations on earth, by many traveling magazines, and even by me 🙂
Let me introduce you the El Nido Hotels Scene.. 🙂

In this post, I’ll review the best and the most value for money hotels in El Nido.

Here’s what you surely haven’t heard about El Nido, and probably not taking into considerations:
Tourists visits in El Nido is in sharp incline during the last few years, and with the tourist’s congestion, the dormant town starts developing.

Over the past few years, the town began creating more and more restaurants, attractions, shops and hotels (of course, this is what this post about).

However, El Nido hasn’t developed fast enough to catch to serve the capacity of the tourists.
This situation brings us to the fact that the supply of the good and valuable hotels in El Nido is still low in relation to the demand.

Therefore, this is the most important tip for you, if you about to visit El Nido:

Try booking a hotel as soon as you know the dates of your stay (at least 3-5 weeks in advance, even more, if you’re looking for the best and top-rated hotels – and there are no many of them).
This tip is relevant to even for those who are traveling to El Nido offseason… I can tell myself after been there a few months ago.

A Quick Travel Guide to Island Hopping in El Nido, The Philippines | Going Out of Office Blog

Our nightmare with trying to book a decent hotel began right after the breakfast of our first night in El Nido.
As well experienced travelers (or not…), we booked just the first night, just to make sure everything is as expected, and if so, book the remaining nights.
BIG MISTAKE.
We were informed by the hotel staff that our room is booked for today and we need to check out before 12:00…

So there out journey for a decent, comfortable and stay-able hotel just began, and last for at least 5 hours, which in the end I can tell you exactly where are the best and value for money place to stay in El Nido…

El Nido offers a wide selection of accommodation for all budgets.

You can find a wide selection of accommodations in El Nido, by budget. However these are mentioned below are those I stayed in (yes, unfortunately, I had to change hotel almost every day because of they all were fully booked) and I can recommend:

These hotels are not cheap comparing to other rates you can pay in other places in the town (or other hotels in the Philippines), but they are providing the best value for your money.
Except for this, what’s bad with a little bit of spoiling yourself, you deserve it!

El Nido Resorts

Now, if you have spare money I recommend taking two night in one of El Nido Resorts, which are located on private islands.
These resorts are expensive and don’t fit most of the travelers budget, but I can say it was an amazing and unforgettable experience for us.
